Prevent Unplanned Pregnancies With This One SHOCKING Technique

I'm a Protestant, y'all. I do not advocate nunnery in the slightest. However, I have noticed that the percentage of nuns who experience unplanned pregnancies is- well, it's pretty low. And that got me thinking, and I'm pretty sure I have here the seeds of what may well be a revolutionary scientific breakthrough.

On Debating the Speedometer

So I listened to a good portion of the recent debate between Tim Walz and J.D. Vance. The part that I would like to comment on here was the section in which they discussed "reproductive rights."

I hate that phrase with a violent passion, because that phrase is a lie- an obfuscation- a smokescreen. Unless we are talking about the right of the baby in the womb to have a chance to reproduce one day, then the discussion of abortion is not a discussion of reproductive rights, but a discussion of the right to murder a human who has already been reproduced.

To put it another way, I strongly support reproductive rights. You should not be forced to reproduce. But those rights end once the reproduction has happened. Your reproductive rights have nothing to do with your right to dismember a tiny human who rests innocent and helpless in the most safe and sacred place on earth- the womb of his mother.

Now that I've ranted about the terminology, I would like to observe that Walz, and the Democrats as a whole, are far more respectable on this whole abortion issue. They are barbaric and wicked servants of Moloch who protect the blood sacrament of abortion above all other things, but they are, at least, consistent. Walz won the "reproductive rights" section of the debate, because Walz has the courage of his demonic convictions. Vance cleaned house on many of the other topics, but when it came to abortion, he cowered like a kicked puppy, because that is what Republicans do. They fear man, and not God, and they are willing to trade some babies for some votes.

The Republican position is incoherent. The Democrats shout: "KILL ALL THE BABIES!" And the Republicans whimper: "Kill... some of... the.. um... babies... I mean, if you guys really want to- hey, STATE'S RIGHTS ARE COOL!"

If you won't protect infants then you have failed at the most basic point of courage.

More than that, if the God of Heaven is a just Judge, and if He hears the blood of the babies crying out from the earth (Gen. 4:10), then we need to recognize that abortion is not just a policy issue, and it is not just a morality issue. It is a fire-and-brimstone issue. God will not be mocked, and He has a track record of obliterating nations that murder their children.

So if we are actually interested in making America great again, we need to recognize that that has a lot less to do with how we cast our vote and a lot more to do with how we rend our garments.

These people on the debate stage are arguing over the speedometer, and no one is giving a thought to the steering wheel.

If anyone cares to look a few miles ahead, they will notice that the bridge is out.

The Onion of Sin

Speaking of steering wheels, let me gracefully curve back towards the topic that got this started. When the issue of abortion is discussed, Republicans and Democrats both do so by very thoughtfully and empathetically acknowledging how personal and difficult and important a decision murdering one's child really is. There are, after all, so many challenging situations that would cause a young mother to really need to be able to commit infanticide.

Of course, we leap first to "the exceptions." The exceptions aren't actually the issue in this discussion; they are extremely rare fringe cases. It is laughable to pretend that abortion laws that allowed baby-killing only in the cases of rape, incest, or maternal endangerment would find favor with the Democrats- or with most Republicans. They would consider such laws far too restrictive. So why do these exceptions keep coming up?

They keep coming up because they are a gateway drug- an exit ramp- a way to get to the desired ultimate destination. They keep coming up because Republicans want to pretend that caring for rape victims is actually the important concern when it comes to abortion, and they want to pretend this in order to ease their guilty consciences about the compromises that they have made. They keep coming up because Democrats want to use the extreme examples to make abortion sound essential; it is an emotional lever with which to pry open the gates of reason and morality, and once you've got that open, the altar to Moloch is just a few steps in.

The answer to the exceptions is simple, if we have the courage to deliver it: if it's a crime, you don't punish the victim. You punish the perpetrator. (Ezek. 18:20) And when someone is in medical danger, you tell the doctor to save lives, not to take them.

I'm not going to spend any more time on the exceptions here, because that's not what this post is about. This post is about the real issue when it comes to "reproductive rights"- which is that Americans want to be able to have free sex without consequences.

Our culture is so drunk on licentiousness that most Republicans- our bold and heroic defenders of traditional morality though they be- won’t touch this with a 10-foot pole. J.D. Vance's thoughtful and empathetic concern for women who are dealing with an unplanned pregnancy leads him to this solution: get rid of the pesky kid.

I understand why it would be an extreme hardship for an 18-year-old single woman to have to care for a child by herself while also working to pay her own bills. That would be extremely difficult, and my heart really does go out to ladies in that situation.

I also understand why it would be an extreme hardship to have your skull crushed at the command of your own mother because you're an inconvenience to her.

But J.D. Vance doesn't care about that hardship; he only cares about the hardship inflicted on the person of voting age.

All of this leaves one wondering if there could possibly be a solution- a way for unplanned pregnancies to be avoided entirely- some secret path to having a child-free life that didn't involve murdering a baby. Could there be such a thing?

This brings me back to the nuns with whom we started this post. Behold, the convent- whole flocks of women, and nary an unplanned pregnancy among them. How can this be? Oh, sisters, shed upon us thy wisdom!

I know that we here in America have a hard time with biology. When the line between male and female gets blurry, I guess it's no surprise that we would also struggle to discover the hidden wisdom of how babies are made. However, extensive covert research has led to the revolutionary discovery that where there is no sex, there are no pregnancies.

I'm gonna pause for a moment and wait for the minds to stop blowing.

We cannot deal with the issue of abortion rightly because our country is feasting on a veritable onion of sin. There are so many layers to this onion, and every one of them stinks to high heaven; sadly, this onion makes very few people cry.

The idol of concupiscence demands sacrifices. If we are going to stop the sacrificing, we would do well to also tear down the idols. If we worship in the shrines of feminism and individualism and hedonism, we have little right to complain over the putrid smell of the incense.

Until we are ready to say "sex is something that God designed to be enjoyed within the bounds of a monogamous, lifelong marriage covenant, in which the husband loves his wife as Christ loves the church and the wife submits to her husband as unto the Lord," we are not truly and fully pro-life. Until we recognize that sex is not simply an animalistic physical act- just people doing stuff- but is rather something sacred that is intimately wed to the core of our humanity, and of life itself, and of the Image and creative power of God- we will not truly be uprooting the worldview that leads to treating children as just stuff.

So yes, I pray for the abolition of abortion, and for national repentance over our bloody hands. But I also pray that Americans would repent of their idolatry and their lust and return to the only One Who can truly set them free from sin, let alone make America great again.

We need to have the courage, not only to say "I understand the difficulty of your situation, but you still shouldn't kill your kid," but also to say "I really want to help women avoid the pain and difficulty of single motherhood- so ladies, repent of your harlotry and your feminism! Remain a virgin until you're married to a man who's going to provide for you, and then you can keep his house and raise his kids and find a happiness that outlives the weekend!"

And for any man who claims to be pro-life but also wouldn't show Jesus his browser history, you need to stop acting like you're in better shape than Tim Walz simply because he has one more layer on his onion. Any man worth his salt takes responsibility for his actions and does not leave a string of women and children floundering in the wake of his unchecked lust. You need to realize that you were made for more than a life of servitude to your physical impulses.

And so we are surprised to find that the solution to all of society's woes is repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

I know I've been sharp in this post, and I'm sure there are those out there who feel hurt or attacked or guilty. But I'm being sharp because this is simply the honest truth of the matter. Baby-murder is what it is. Either eat the whole pie and brag about it, or else repent and protect these precious humans- but don't lie to yourself.

It is only when we learn to weep over the onion that we will find that there is Someone Who can actually make something good out of it.
